RETURN POLICY

Returns

Returns applies in cases when it is impossible to try on a piece of clothes, which is the case of online commerce. Return is allowed in cases of wrong choice of size or when the client doesn’t like to see herself with the garment. Returns are not permitted after use of garment.

All piece component must be in its original state and not subjected to any form of alteration.

After receiving your purchase, and wanting to return it, you might do so if:

- The product is in perfect conditions, with no sign of use, smells or sines of cleaning and/or ironing;

- Product and invoice must be returned in the original package;

- Returns have to de made in 14 working days after receipt. This period of time includes the day which the package is receive until it is returned to our storage.

The costs associated with returns will be supported by the client.

 

The brand Clair Couture reserves the right to deny returns if the conditions mentioned above are not respected.

After receiving the package and verifying its perfect conditions, we will return the value of purchase in the same way of payment.

And you will have your card ready to another Clair Couture’ shopping experience :)

Exchanges

You might only want to exchange the piece that you bought. You may do so by returning the piece as described above and emailing us, telling which size you prefer. In this cases, the costs of returning the package is also responsibility of the costumer.

The exchange may be dependent on stocks. Clair Couture’s isn’t responsible to ensure endless stocks of its products. You might exchange to other product offered by us or you may ask for the return of your purchase, as described above.

Clair Couture reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
