Delivery

All our deliveries are made by a certified currier.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and Portuguese holidays. Delivery time may vary from 1 to 7 working days (depending on the delivery country) from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.

Since everything is handmade sometimes they can take some time to be shipped, but if any delay occurs we will let you know by e-mail.

Please note that the delivery can be delayed due to your country’s customs. Clair Couture is not responsible for any unexpected delay occurring during the shipment by FedEx.

Clair Couture is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched – orders that are returned because of an invalid address may be reshipped at your expense. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any additional shipping costs are non refundable.
